Shipping Locations

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. At this time, international shipping may be limited or unavailable.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (UK time) are typically processed the same working day.

  • Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days

  • Express / Next-Day Delivery: Available on selected products (order cut-off times apply)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high demand periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Delivery location

  • Selected shipping method

Free delivery may be available on orders over a certain value (if applicable).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • Tracking details to monitor your delivery

Delivery Requirements

  • All deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.

  • If no one is available, the courier may leave a card to rearrange delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or absence:

  • The order may be returned to us

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery

Damaged or Lost Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival:

  • If items arrive damaged, notify us within 48–72 hours with photos

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable

 

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect your claim.

While we aim to deliver within estimated timeframes, delays can occur due to:
