Returns & Refund Policy

At GHI Electrical, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may be eligible to return your item in accordance with the policy below.

Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within this period. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components

  • Not show signs of installation, damage, or modification

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery

  • Products that are incomplete or missing parts

  • Items modified or altered after purchase

  • Special-order or customised items

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions

  3. Securely package the item

  4. Send it back using a tracked delivery service

Returns must be authorised before being sent. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue

You may be entitled to:

  • A repair

  • A replacement

  • A full refund if repair/replacement is not possible

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for faulty or incorrect items, subject to product availability.
