Ghir Electrical – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking a service with Ghir Electrical, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Services Available Lighting Design Service – Free 30 Minute Consultation Lighting Design Call Out ( Onsite Visit) Electrician Call-Out – 1 Hour NIC EIC Part P Certificate NIC EIC EICR Report PAT Testing All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate information and ensure safe access to the property during the appointment. Any known electrical faults, hazards, or access restrictions must be disclosed before the visit. Liability Disclaimer Ghir Electrical acts as a booking and service coordination provider. While we work with qualified electrical professionals, Ghir Electrical will not be held responsible or liable for: Property damage Electrical faults or failures Delays or losses Injuries or accidents Negligence or defective workmanship Any damages arising from services carried out by a tradesperson or contractor All responsibility and liability remain solely with the attending electrician or trade professional carrying out the work. Clients agree that any claims relating to workmanship, damages, or losses must be directed to the responsible tradesperson. Certificates & Reports Certificates and inspection reports are based on the condition of the electrical installation at the time of inspection only. Ghir Electrical does not guarantee future compliance or safety after the inspection date. Cancellations Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee. Website Disclaimer Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment until confirmed by Ghir Electrical. Privacy Any personal information submitted through the booking system will be used only for booking management, communication, and administration purposes.
